Sergeant Kenneth Bethea visited Lake View Elementary on Veterans Day to speak to the students about the importance of Veterans Day. He spoke to the students on the importance of our military and what they do to serve our country. He explained military life and answered students’ questions. During one of Sergeant Bethea’s tours, he was wounded in combat and awarded the Purple Heart. Sergeant Bethea also serves on the Lake View School Board.
