Mrs. Monroe (Julia) McIntyre presented her Piano students in recital in her home on May 21, 2011.
The recital was opened by Jesselyn Bryant, Hannah Grace Hyler, Brandi Turner, Myra Bracey, Ellie Hayes, Barbara Williams and Bailey Nodrick playing selections of descriptive, contemporary music. The received Certificates for participation in Special Performances during the school year. They were followed by Storm Jackson, Tyler June and Tiffany Price playing repertoire representing Great Periods of Music. These students received Certificates of Merit for Special Performances including their performances of repertoire of the National Guild of Piano Teachers Auditions in Florence, SC on May 11, 2011.
Tiffany Price and Tyler June performed at the “Piano Festival” at Francis Marion University on March 12, 2011 and received Certificates of Individual Recognition. Tiffany Price was presented a Gold Cup for her hard work and success. The “Piano Festival” is sponsored by the Florence Independent Music Teachers Association.
Tiffany closed the recital with her selections of choice pieces.
