Services for Johnny Ray Taylor will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hickory Grove United Methodist Church in Clio with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Mr. Taylor, 51, died Sunday, October 23, 2011 at the Carolina’s Hospital System in Florence.
Born in Marlboro County, SC, July 30, 1960, he was the son of Sallie Hall Nichols and the late James Arthur Taylor.
Survivors include his mother, Sallie Nichols of Wallace; brothers, Robert Boyle, and James Junior Taylor, both of Wallace; sisters, Rosa Hargrove of Wallace, and Denine Taylor of New Bern, NC; nieces, Wendy, Amy, and Jessica; nephews, Donnie Hargrove, Jr., James Erwin Hargrove, and Johnathan Ross Hargrove; great nieces and nephews.
