The Dillon County Educators Retired met on Friday, December 9, 2011 at the B & C Steakhouse in Dillon.
After enjoying a meal, President Ja Novice Greene Richardson presented a delightful Christmas program of music, a time of fellowship and fun. This was a beautiful introduction to the Christmas season.
Mrs. Richardson encouraged all who were present to enlist at least two more retirees to become a part of this organization. The next meeting will be in March.
The minutes were read and reports were given and accepted.
Mrs. Dale Hardaway presented the door prizes, and the meeting was closed with “ Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year.”
