The Dillon County Chamber of Commerce named their award winners at their annual banquet on Thursday night.
Ruby Woods Carter was named the Dillon County Citizen of the Year. Pat Laird was the Dolph Braddy Award winner. Kathy Hunt and Grady Sampson were named the Volunteers of the Year.
Kevin Thomas will be the chairman for a second year.
Guest speaker Rep. Jerry Govan, Jr. spoke about hope.
