Funeral Service for Mrs. Helen Townsend will be held Tuesday April 24, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Samuel Bartell Memorial Chapel, 1309 East Calhoun Street, Dillon. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Latta. Mrs. Townsend died Monday, April 16, 2012 in Phenix City, Alabama. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon is in charge of these arrangements. The family is receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Betty Whittle, at 2179 Hwy 9 West, Dillon.
