Jordan Grant Turbeville, age 25, the man wanted by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office in connection with the murder of Annie Manning and shooting of two other men on May 21st on Cardinal Drive in Hamer, turned himself in on Sunday, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
Arnette said that Turbeville is charged with murder and attempted murder at this time.
Three people were shot during the incident, including a 60-year-old Manning who was killed. The two other victims included Manning’s husband and another man. In addition to the Manning home, a couple of other residences were struck by bullets.
