Mr. Billy Mitchell Hayes, 36, died August 10, 2012. Visitation will be Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 5:00 – 7:00 at Cooke Funeral Home, Lake View, SC.
A graveside service will be Monday, August 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Lake View Cemetery directed by Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 12, 2012 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Hayes was born in Marion County, SC, the son of Billy Wayne and Helen Cook Hayes. Mr. Hayes was employed as a saw operator with Bobby Lane.
Surviving Mr. Hayes is his wife Kelly Hayes of the home; sons, Zachary Hayes and Austin Hayes; brother, Jerry Hayes; sister, Beverly Bass; nephews, Bryson Hayes, Derek Hayes, and Trip Lee Clark; nieces, Ashley Hayes, Brittany Bass, Chasity Bass, Alexis Hayes and Nataley Hayes.
Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by Angela Hayes.
