Linda Smith, 65, of Talon Drive, died Thursday, August 16, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Smith was born in Dillon, a daughter of the late David Bryant and Edith Campbell. She was the granddaughter of the late John and Mamie Campbell of Dillon. She attended Conway Church of God. Mrs. Smith was a devoted Navy wife and Navy mother.
Surviving are her husband of 45 years, Darrell Smith of Conway; one son, Darrell Smith, Jr. of Conway; one sister, Sharon Walden of Orlando, FL; three brothers, J.D. Bryant of Dillon, Arnold Bryant of Elizabethtown, NC and Kenneth Bryant of Fayetteville, NC; four aunts, Elizabeth Page and Iris Johnson, both of Dillon, Kathleen Barfield of Conway, and Doris Lang of Central, SC.
A graveside service was held 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Hillcrest Cemetery with Rev. Stuart Jacobs officiating.
