Lloyd Thomas “Tommy” Lindsay, 51, died at his home in Ripley, MS, August 17, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the First Baptist Church of Dillon with entombment in the Evergreen Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation was held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon.
Mr. Lindsay was born in Dillon, SC, December 12, 1960, the son of Lloyd and the late Vernelle Price Lindsay. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dillon. He was a former Police Officer with the City of Dillon and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his son, H Thomas Price Lindsay of Dillon, SC; his father Lloyd Lindsay of Dillon, SC; his sister, Clara L. (Carlos) Sanchez of Dillon, SC; his nephew, Rickie and niece, Rebecca Sanchez.
