Louise Jackson McKellar Brown, 91, died Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at her residence.
Services were held 4:00 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Dillon with burial in Riverside Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon, SC, April 24, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Earl Jackson and Viola Jackson.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Dillon, and was retired from Durham Life Insurance Company.
She was first married to the late Johnnie Evans McKellar, and then to the late Hubert Brown.
Survivors include her children, Johnny McKellar of Houston, TX, Joann McKellar, Jerry (Linda) McKellar, and Judy (Bobby) Turbeville, all of Dillon; grandchildren, Tammy Boshears, Johnny Russell McKellar, Sherry Gasque, Bobby Lee Turbeville, and Wendi Miller; 8 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; best friend, Virginia Hobeika of Dillon; special niece, Maxine Long of Dillon.
Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her grandchildren, Johnny Edward McKellar, Debra Lynn McKellar, and Jeffrey Turbeville.
