Juanita Hewitt, 76, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Funeral services were held 2:00 P.M. Saturday in Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation was held Friday evening from 6-8 p.m.at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, March 3, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Harry Young and Louise Elkins Young. She was retired from Dixiana Mills.
Survivors include her children, Cathy Prindle, and Georgia (Floyd) DuBose both of Camillus, NY, and Richard (Sandy) Harrison of Latta; sister, Virginia Coates of Dillon; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
