The Junior Varsity Lady Warriors made a great fourth period rally for a come from behind 31-22 win over the JV Lady Bobcats of Carolina Academy on Friday night.

The Warriors trailed 14-12 at the halftime break and 19-14 in the third period. But the Warriors exploded on offense in the fourth period with 17 points with the defense holding the Bobcats to three.

The Warriors were led on offense by Samantha Carpenter with 18 points. Carpenter was very close to Lauren Dickens who lost her battle with cancer two years ago and she was proud of her team’s efforts in this game where the Warriors were the underdogs.

Adding to the Warrior offensive efforts was Sara Bass with eight points and Julia Allen with five points. The Warriors were aided on defense by Lizzie Outlar, Erin Hamer, and Ansley Hamer.
