The Dillon County Council reappointed two members to the Trinity Behavioral Care-Dillon Board of Directors at their January meeting.
Upon a motion by Vice-Chairman Bobby Moody, the council reappointed Carrie M. Townsend of Dillon and Earl Gleason, Jr. of Fork. The reappointment is for a four-year term.
In a letter to council, Executive Director William “Donny” Brock said, “Both have been long-term loyal members of our board and provide the organization with expert stable leadership. They continually focus on the needs of the community and have Trinity Behavioral Care can support its residents.” The mission of Trinity Behavioral Care is to reduce “the harmful effects of substance abuse on Dillon County residents.”
