Mr. Boyd Bennett Gasque, age 84, of Lumberton, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.  He was born in Marion County, SC on November 12, 1928 to the late Willie Harrell Gasque and the late Maggie Clark Gasque.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives, Janice Gilmore Gasque and Doris Lemmond Gasque; a daughter, Kathy Rochelle and four brothers.
Mr. Gasque is survived by his son, Boyd Bennett Gasque, Jr. and wife, Becky, of Lumberton and a sister, Louise G. Altman of Mullins, SC.
A time of visitation was held on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, 1252 Highway 57 South, Dillon,  with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating.
