Mr. Titus G. (T. G.) Miller died Saturday, December 21, 2013, in his home in Marietta, NC, after an illness.
 
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 at 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Lake View. Burial will follow at Bear Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Cooke Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on December 23 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, prior to the funeral service, at First Baptist Church of Lake View.
 
Mr. Miller was born in Dillon County the son of the late Titus G., Sr. and Lillian Miller.  He was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church of Lake View and a veteran of the US Air Force.  He was a graduate of Lake View High School, where he was a standout football player.  He represented Lake View High in the North South Football game.
 
Mr. Miller is survived by his wife, Jackie Rogers Miller; son, Bobby Owens (Marty) of Grier, SC; daughters, Donna Ford of Fairmont and Jennifer Church (Tommy) of Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers, Robert R. Miller (Margie) and Johnny Miller (Hilda), both of Lake View; and 9 grandchildren.
 
Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his son, Titus G. Miller, III; sister, Donnie Faye (Spunk) Miller; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for medical expenses.
