Funeral services for Marjorie Bethea Cooper were Friday, January 3, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Bethel Hill AME Church in Dillon, SC.  Burial followed in the Church Cemetery.  Mrs. Cooper died on Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon was in charge of these arrangements.

Funeral services for Rev. Roosevelt M. McFadden were Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Kingstree, SC.  Burial followed in the National Cemetery in Florence, SC. Rev. McFadden died on Friday, January 3, 2013 at Carolina Hospital Systems in Florence, SC. Bartell Funeral Home of Hemingway and Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon were in charge of these arrangements.

John Charles Lewis, Sr., affectionately known as “Uncle Hubb,” died on December 18, 2013. Funeral services were held Monday, December 23 at St. Stephens United Methodist Church.
Burial was held at St. Luke UMC Cemetery, Little Rock. House of Thomas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
