Mrs. Elaine Moody died Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of Florence, after an illness.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Piney Grove Baptist Church with burial to follow at Bermuda Cemetery.  The family received friends on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. Moody was born in Marion County, the daughter of the late Braxton and Lula Mae Morgan Miller.  She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church.
Mrs. Moody is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Ann Norton (Danny) and Susan Moody; a brother, Terry Miller (Mary); sisters, Betty Foster (Mike) and Carolyn Bailey (Joe); granddaughter, Crystal Norton; 3 great grandchildren, Alleigh Norton, Kaleigh Norton and Jennifer Norton; and several special nieces and nephews.
