A Florence woman was killed in a wreck on I-95 at the 183 northbound mile marker on Sunday, according to Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
Grimsley identified the woman as Charlene Perry, age 47, of Florence. He said she died as a result of an injury from the accident.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, Perry ran off the road, overcorrected, and hit a tree.
The wreck is under investigation by the S.C. Highway Patrol.
