Graveside services for Claude Saleeby will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Saleeby, 96, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at his residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, October 12, 1917, he was the son of the late Michael Abdullah Saleeby and Mary Kheiralla Saleeby.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and was a retired U.S. Army Veteran having served in World War II and the Korean Conflict.  He was the widower of the late Takako Saleeby.
Survivors include his brother, James Saleeby of Dillon; nephews, Michael Saleeby and Jimmy Saleeby.
