A pedestrian was killed on June 7th at approximately 11:10 p.m.
According to the S.C. Highway Patrol, a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am was traveling south on the Old Latta Highway when the driver collided with a pedestrian in the roadway wearing dark-colored clothing.
Coronor Donnie Grimsley identifies the pedestrian as Clayton Driggers, age 53, Dillon. He said the matter is under investigation.
