Care Packages to be sent to soldiers stationed in Kuwait were recently prepared by some local groups. Dillon Rotary Club, Mackey 77 Masonic Lodge, the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, and Johnny Sapp and Pam Johnson at the Dillon County Detention Center teamed up for the project.
