This is an old standby recipe we have enjoyed for years.
Chicken Pie
1 large fryer, cooled and debone
2 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
5 har boiled eggs (optional)
1 small can LeSueur peas (optional)
1/4 stick margarine
1 can Crescent rolls
Grease casserole dish and line with cooked chicken. Slice eggs and layer over chicken. Drain juice off peas and pour peas over eggs. Heat soup, milk and margarine and pour over top. Unroll crescent rolls and place on top for crust. May dot with more margarine. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top Is brown. May use 3-4 chicken breasts instead of whole chicken.
