Dillon Christian School’s JV Warriors fell to Florence Christian on Thursday night in junior varsity football action as the JV Warriors closed out the regular season.

Florence Christian held a 20-0 lead by the second quarter and was up 28-0 in the fourth before the Warriors scored their first touchdown on a run from Hunter McGirt. Dillon Christian struck again before the clock ran down for a 28-16 finish.

While the season may be over for the JV Warriors, a few of the players will be moving up to join the varsity team this week at home against Florence Christian. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. Make plans to attend to support our local team!
