Services for Michael B. Huggins will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Little Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home, and at other times at the home of Michael’s brother, Larry Rownd, 902 E. Roosevelt St., Dillon.
     Mr. Huggins, 54, died Thursday, January 22, 2015 at the Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia.
     Born in Dillon County, SC, May 29, 1960, he was the son of the late Milton Ervin Huggins and Mildred Spradley Rownd.  He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and was a Welder.
     Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Huggins of Dillon; son, Jeffrey Huggins of Latta; 3 grandchildren; brothers, Larry Rownd of Dillon, Skip Huggins of Fort Payne, AL, and Steve Huggins of Little Rock.
