Graveside services for Mary Frances Sheppard were held Friday January 23, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. in Mt. Holly Cemetery. 
Visitation is 6-8 P.M. Thursday in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sheppard, 81, died Tuesday at her residence.
Born in Indianpolis, Indiana, July 10, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Louis Thornton Bowman and Cora Partin Bowman. She was the widow of the late Hulon Rainey Sheppard, and was a was a retired CNA at the Pines.
Survivors include her sons, David Lee Cook of California, William “Bill” Dean Cook of California, James “Jim” Michael Cook of Arizona, Dwayne Alan Cook of Michigan, Wesley Sheppard of California, Thomas Sheppard of California, Larry Sheppard of Sellers, and Edwin Ray Sheppard of Arizona; daughters, Cindi Lou Cook of Sellers, Violet Sheppard Scheafer of Delaware, Susan Garrett of Nevada, Sandra Sheppard of California, and Joyce Ann Owens of S.C.
Mrs. Sheppard was preceded in death by her brother, Earl Leonard Bowman.
