Justine Yevonne Clark Rouse, 61, died at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 30, 2015 at Kannaday Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon with interment in Tart Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Family will be receiving guest at the house: 209 Cedar Street, Dillon, SC 29536.
