Services for Betty H. Burney will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hamer Church of God with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Burney, 74, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, October 2, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Clifton Hyatt and Ruth Nolan Hyatt.  She was a member of Hamer Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Henslee Burney of Dillon; daughter, Patsy Bieck of Swansea, SC; sons, Ricky Burney of Hartsville, SC and Dwayne Burney of New Ellenton, SC; 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Arthur Hyatt of Little Rock and Harold Hyatt of Longview, TX; sisters, Ginger Sloan of Easley, SC and Laura Fair of Florence, SC.
