Mr. Lynn Moody, 60, died Thursday, May 7, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
The funeral service was Sunday, May 10, 2015, at 3:00 pm at Lake View United Methodist Church, Lake View, SC.  The burial followed at Lake View Cemetery directed by Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.  The family will receive friends Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Moody was born in Mullins, SC, the son of the late Hoyt and Addie Arnette Moody.  Mr. Moody was a loyal husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.  He served his church and community in many capacities for several years.
Mr. Moody is survived by his wife, Cheryl Martin Moody of the home; daughters, Kimberley Moody Garris (Adam) and Caroline Moody Flowers (Reid) of Lake View, SC; brothers, Gene Moody, Maurice Moody (Betty Sue), Neil Moody (Diana), and Gregg Moody of Lake View, SC; sisters, Ann Cooke, Maudine Sanderson (Jimmy), and Luna Moody of Lake View, SC, and Martha Britt (Jimmy) of Marion, SC; grandsons, Storm and Gunnar Garris of Lake View, SC; mother-in-law, Geraldine Stroud of Lake View, SC and sister-in-laws, Robbie Arnette and Nicole Price (Bryan) of Lake View, SC, and Faye Moody of Lumberton, NC.
Mr. Moody was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Moody and sister, Adaline Moody.
