A 64-year-old Dillon pastor has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct third degree with a minor, according to the City of Dillon Police Department.
Rudolph B. Walls, pastor of Friendly Chapel located at 119 West Main Street in Dillon, was arrested today (Thursday) on the two charges. According to Captain David Lane of the City of Dillon Police Department, the charges involve two children.
Walls is on the Sex Offender Registry in North Carolina.
