Services for Catherine H. “Cathy” Elliott were held 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Dillon with burial in Bermuda Church Cemetery.  Visitation was held 3:00-4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Elliott, 66, died Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia.
Born in Dillon, SC, July 22, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Jack Hunt and Alberta Lane Hunt.  She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Garner, NC, and attended Bermuda Baptist Church in Dillon, and Shandon Baptist Church in Columbia.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Survivors include her loving husband of 45 years, Ronnie Elliott of Blythewood, SC; son, Kevin (Cheryl) Elliott of Charleston; daughter, Amy (Carlton) Edwards of Columbia; grandchildren, Mattie, Gracie & Luke Elliott, Trey, Brandon & Kaylee Edwards; brothers & sisters, Doris Powers of Mullins, Johnny Hunt of Dillon, James Hunt of Pomaria, SC, Roy Hunt of Mullins, Betty Williamson of Dillon.
