Johnny Lewis Roberts, 67, died October 22, 2015 at his residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, March 9, 1948 he was the son of the late Johnny Monroe Roberts and Luberta McDowell Roberts.
He attended Little Bless Holiness Church, and served in the United States Marine Corps.
Survivors include his wife Peggy Roberts of Blenheim: sons, Danny Wayne Roberts (Tina) and Charles Roberts (Nicole); stepchildren, Kevin Wilkes (Mickie) and Brad Wilkes (Michelle); grandchildren, Justin Roberts, Jacob Roberts, and Jackson Roberts; five step-grandchildren; brothers, William Roberts, Larry Roberts,Tracy Roberts, Lafon Curtis Roberts “Mack” and Joseph Roberts; sisters,Kathy Tableau, Ellen Bass, Emma Jean Dial, Annie Alford, Lila Mae Turner and Virginia Lee Roberts. Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his previous wives Connie Marie Roberts and Carolyn Braswell; sisters Betty Sweat, Doris Meggs, and Carolyn Cooper.
Services were held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Little Bless Holiness Church with burial following in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation was held, 6-8p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
