Services for Phyllis Marie Parrott will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 3:00-4:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Parrott, 67 died Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
Born in Marlboro County, SC, November 26, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Delbert Lewellen and Mattie Lee Douglas Lewellen.  She was a former employee of South of the Border.
Survivors include her two daughters that were fathered by Roger Allen Hodges, Penny Hodges Altman (Nick) of Dillon, and Tammy Hodges Bousk of Murrells Inlet, SC; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Bousk of Murrells Inlet; and other family and friends.
