SCHOLARSHIP—Leanna Morgan Rogers, a senior at Lake View High School, was awarded second place in the George F. Spradley Scholarship.  The George F. Spradley Foundation works to recognize outstanding students who have had family members who have served in the military.  Students who apply are asked to write an essay about a family member who has served in the military, and how their service has affected the student in a positive way.  Pictured: Mr. James Chavis presents LVHS senior Morgan Rogers with her second place George F.
