Services for Jeanette Hyatt Owens were held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Dillon Church of God with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation were held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Owens, 71, died Sunday, December 20, 2015 at her residence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, April 2, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Johnny L. Hyatt and Eula Gaddy Hyatt.  She was a member of Dillon Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Charles W. Owens of Latta; daughter, Carolyn (R.C.) Lee of Latta; grandsons, Josh, and Colby Lee, and Michael Owens; sisters, Sarah Freeman, and Geneva Snyder, both of Bennettsville; brothers, James Hyatt, Jerry Hyatt, and Andy Hyatt, all of Dillon.
Mrs. Owens was preceded in death by her sons, Charles W. Owens, Jr. and Charles Michael Owens; and her grandson, Ryan Lee.
The family would like to say a special thanks to Mrs. Jeanette’s brother-in-law and sisters-in-law for their love and support during her illness.
