Jack Leon Cook,78, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Memorial services will be held 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Second Baptist Church.  Visitation will be 4:00-5:00 p.m. Saturday prior to the service at the church.
Born in Dillon County, SC, May 5, 1937, he was the son of the late Rembert Cook and Selia Stokes Cook.  He was a U.S. Army National Guard Veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Betty Cook of Dillon; daughter, Robin (William) Davis of Hendersonville, NC; son, Lee (Jenny) Cook of Latta;  grandchildren, Beth (Lance) Graham, Matt (Krista) Driggers, Joshua Cook, Kaylee Cook, Morgan Cook, and Layla Cook; great-grandchildren, Trystan Graham and Cade Graham; brother, Rembert Cook, Jr. of Dillon; sisters, Martha Proctor of Dillon, and Norita Williams of High Point, NC.
