Mrs. Barbara L. King died Saturday, March 12, 2014 at Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Fork, SC.
A funeral service will be Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Lake View Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial to follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery.  The family received friends Monday, March 14, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. King was born in Horry County, the daughter of the late Zeb and Avis Holder Bass.  She was a member of Lake View Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Mrs. King is survived by her daughters, Ann Sweat, Joyce Reavis, and Linda Grice; brother, Corbett Holder; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil King; son, John King; and brother, Jimmy Holder.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the CNAs and staff at Sunny Acres who took such great care of their mother.
