The City of Dillon council passed the second readings of Ordinance #16-07 and Ordinance #16-08 to amend the zoning map for property owned by McLeod Health.
The ordinances dealt with the following properties:
—The Zoning designation of the properties located at Dillon County Tax Map System Numbers 59-07-19-02, 59-07-19-03, 59-07-19-04, 59-07-19-05, 59-07-19-06, 59-07-19-07, and 59-07-19-08 is hereby changed from a (R-7) Medium Density Residential District to a (B-4) Neighborhood Commercial District and that the City of Dillon Official Zoning Map be amended to reflect the same.
The above properties are bordered by North 8th Avenue, East Jackson Street, and North 10th Avenue.
—The Zoning designation of the properties located at Dillon County Tax Map System Numbers 59-07-17-01 and 59-07-17-06 is hereby changed from a (R-7) Medium Density Residential District to a (B-4) Neighborhood Commercial District and that the City of Dillon Official Zoning Map be amended to reflect the same.
The above properties are bordered by East Roosevelt Street, North 6th Avenue, and East Jackson Street.
