The Dillon 10 and under softball team won the state championship in Florence on Wednesday, July 13.
On the way to the championship Dillon lost the first game to Seneca on Saturday, July 9, 1-0. On Sunday Dillon defeated Midland Valley 7-2.  Dillon defeated Lancaster 6-0 on Monday. The Dillon team knocked off Latta 5-1 on Tuesday with Raven Locklear picking up the win while pitching the complete game.  On Wednesday at noon, Logan Grice pitched the complete game with a 10-4 victory against Latta to claim the championship.
