The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death after a body was found dead in a vehicle in the town of Latta just before 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred in the county and is being treated as a homicide.
The Sheriff’s Office is being assisted by the Latta Police Department and the Dillon County Coroner’s office.
