Mr. Robert Glen Taylor died Wednesday, October 12, 2016 after an illness at McLeod Regional Medical Center of Florence.
A funeral service was Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Dillon. Interment followrf the funeral service at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery. The family received friends Friday, October 14, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mr. Taylor was born in Florence County, the son of Mrs. Earline Taylor Rogers and the late Brantley V. Taylor. Mr. Taylor worked for Diversified Plastics and was a member of First Baptist Church of Dillon.
Mr. Taylor is survived by his mother, Earline Taylor Rogers; son, Brandon Taylor; daughters, Shannon Caulder and Michelle Sweat; brothers, David Rogers and Brantley Eugene Taylor; and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Brantley V. Taylor and stepfather, Carroll Rogers.
