Memorial services for William Bledsoe “Will” Hawkins, IV were  held 6:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation followed the service. 
Will, 37, died Monday, January 9, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. 
Born in Dillon, SC, October 28, 1979, he was the son of Barbara Ann Kirby Hawkins and the late William Bledsoe “Billy” Hawkins, III. Will graduated from Dillon High School, Class of 1997, and received an Engineering degree from Clemson University. He was the first South Carolianian to get a job as an Engineer with Boeing in Charleston, SC. Will was a die hard Carolina Gamecock fan, although he graduated Clemson University.  He loved life, his family, friends,  job, sports, and the Gamecocks, and his dogs.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Ann Hawkins of Hamer; brother, Kirby Hawkins of Charleston; maternal grandfather, John M. Kirby, Sr. of Mullins, SC;. 
Will was preceded in death by his father, William B. “Billy” Hawkins; paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. William B. Hawkins; and his maternal grandmother, Olga P. Kirby.
