Renee Isgett, passed away suddenly in Dillon, on Monday, July 6, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born in Dillon County, SC, on December 26, 1969, she was the daughter of Diane Weatherford Daniels and James Albert Mew. She was employed part-time with IGA in Dillon as a frozen food clerk and stocker and was of the Holiness faith. She loved visiting the Great Smoky Mountains and Broadway at the Beach, enjoyed singing karaoke, shopping and collecting T-shirts, and taking care of her customers at IGA. Above all, she dearly loved her family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Stanley Isgett, of Dillon; mother and step-father, Diane Daniels and husband, Kim, of Dillon; father, James Albert Mew, of Dillon; stepdaughter, Amanda Isgett, of Pennsylvania; brothers, Kevin Daniels (Jessica), of Horry County, SC, Harold Mew and wife, Bonnie, of Dillon, Mark Mew and wife, Faith, of Dillon, Byron Mew and wife, Pam, of Socastee and Donald Mew of Georgia; sisters, Jenny Strickland and Hope Carter of Dillon and Jackie Lambert of Georgetown, SC; sister-in-law, Sherry Hyman, of Florence; brother-in-law, John Isgett of Florence; special friend, Kim Cook, of Dillon; a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives; and her special canine friend, Molly.
Funeral services were held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Byrd Cemetery in Timmonsville.
The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Cooper Funeral Home in Dillon
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jack and Evelyn Mew, of Dillon; and by maternal grandparents, Kathleen Weatherford of Lumberton, and Lide Weatherford of Dillon; and by a brother, James Mew.
