Jimmie Hodges, 80, died Saturday, September 19, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Riverside Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
Born in Dillon County, SC, May 4, 1940, he was the son of the late Eddie Hodges and Lula Ammons Hodges.
Survivors include his daughters, Marlene Detimers (Karl) of Minden, Nebraska, Marshyl Everett (Steve) of Cizad, Nebraska, and Marion Davis of Omaha, Nebraska; sons, Jimmy Clint Hodges (Martha) of Newton, Texas, and Danny Paul Hodges of Indiana; 7 grandchildren; sister, Sara Ezzell of Raleigh, NC.
Mr. Hodges was preceded in death by his brothers, Lavon “Lee” Hodges, Carlyle Hodges, Travis Hodges, Clyde Hodges, Eddie Hodges, Jr. and Johnny Hodges.
