Kim Eugene Daniels, 68, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon, SC, January 1, 1952, he was the son of the late Nick H. Daniels, Jr. and Mary Louise Carter Daniels. He was retired with the Dillon County EMS after 37 years of service, and was a member of the City of Dillon Fire Department for 30 years.
Survivors include his wife, Diane Daniels of Dillon; sons, Tim Daniels (Aleen) of Lyman, SC, and Kevin Daniels (Jessica) of Nichols; brother, Bobby Daniels (Peggy) of Florence; sister, Tina Daniels of Columbia, SC; son-in-law, Stanley Isgett of Dillon; uncle, George “Bo” Daniels (Edna) of Dillon; sisters-in-law, Brenda Johnson, Deborah Poston, both of Lumberton, Judy Bailey (Glenn) of Columbia, and Wendy Strickland (Tony) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; brother-in-law, William Weatherford of Lumberton; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Kim was preceded in death by his daughter, Renee Isgett; son, Jason Daniels; sister, Peggy Savage; and brother-in-law, Mitchell Weatherford.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the City of Dillon Fire Department, 209 S. 8th Ave., Dillon, SC 29536.
A service will be held at a later date.
