Dillon General Sessions Court was gaveled in session for a plea day on November 14, 2023. Court heard over 30 pleas, disposing of nearly 100 indictments.
“We were able to move a great many indictments on this special plea day,” said Assistant Solicitor Shipp Daniel.
“I applaud the good work of our law enforcement agencies in bringing these cases to the solicitor’s office for prosecution. While we heard pleas involving a variety of crimes, we dealt mostly with drug cases, and we continue to take a stand against the drug epidemic that is hurting our communities.”
Among those pleading guilty were: Antonio McCants (drugs), Rufus Norris (drugs), Robert Lane (drugs), Christopher Simmons (drugs), Joshua Roberts (drugs), Lewis Evans (drugs), William Poston (drugs), Brittany Gooden (drugs), Dominique Campbell (drugs), Nicholas Roberts (drugs), Jessica Ann Cribb (drugs), Ashleigh Goan (drugs), Taylor Cranford (drugs), Ryan Brigman (drugs), Oscar Walters (forgery), Larry Hyatt (possession of stolen goods), Dale Allen Andrews (assault and battery), Kimberly Wilson (aggravated breach of peace), Timothy Commedo (forgery), Tanner McCormick (resisting arrest), Marcus Revels (purse snatching), Jerome Bolar (domestic violence), Mark Adams (failure to stop for blue light), Daniel Hulon (assault and battery), Jeramie Elder (weapons), Calvin McRae (weapons), Amber Hodge (breach of peace), James Lawson (weapons), Crystal Locklear (resisting arrest) and Stephen Brigman (resisting arrest).
