A man struck and killed by the Amtrak in Latta last night has been identified, according to Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
The Incident occurred at Leitner Street and Railroad Avenue in Latta.
Coroner Donnie Grimsley identified the man as Lou Allen, age 53, of Latta.
