Peggy Jackson Williams, 77, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016.
She was the daughter of the late Asbury and Pauline Jackson.  She was the retired owner of The Pitt Stop Grocery and Grill.  She enjoyed being with her family and friends and going to Santee.  
Survivors include her daughter, Lori Ann (Rowland) Corbett; sons, Robert Franklin Williams, Jr., and Teddy Cale (Beth) Williams all of Latta; grandchildren, Rachel Corbett (James) Caulder, Kristin Williams, Robert Brent Williams, and Jackson Cale Williams; great-grandchildren Lila Azalea “Zalee” Caulder and Henslee Corbett Caulder; brothers, Melvin (Joyce) Jackson; Richard (Lily Mae) Jackson; sister, Annie Grace Rowell. 
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her brothers, Asbury Jackson, Jr., Jake Jackson, and Sheldon Jackson and her sister, Elizabeth Lane.
Serviceswere held 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 10 at Pyerian Baptist Church with burial in Magnolia Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
