Mrs. Patricia M. Moody died Thursday, July 13, 2016 at McLeod Medical Center of Dillon after an illness.
A funeral service was Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11:00 am at Lake View United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery.  The family received friends Friday, July 15, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
Mrs. Moody was born in Spartanburg, SC, the daughter of the late Carl H. and Allean Price Moody. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Mrs. Moody is survived by her son, Carlton Moody; brother, Carl Moody (Margie); sister, Christine Hogge; grandchildren; Madison, Morgan, and Chase Moody; and niece, Jennifer Hardesty.
Mrs. Moody was preceded in death by her husband, Beamon Moody; daughter in law, Christie Moody; brother, Robert Sherwood Moody; and granddaughter, Meredith Moody.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lake View United Methodist Church.
