Services for Hazel Geneva Twaits will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Second Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Twaits, 85, died Monday, August 1, 2016 at the Kindred Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
Born in Dillon County, SC, May 26, 1931, she was the daughter of the late William Hayes and Ella Hayes.  She attended Second Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Barry Twaits of Sellers; daughter, Jean Hyatt of Little River; brother, William Henry Hayes of Sellers.
Mrs. Twaits was preceded in death by her children, Patricia Johnson, and James Thomas Johnson; and her brothers, Julius Jack Hayes, Jesse Hayes, and Alan Hayes.
